This is the founding membership for The Property JV Club.

Our understanding is that the first 50 members during the launch events in March 2021 will join at £500, thereafter the membership joining fee will increase to c. £1,000 for the following 100, and thereafter the lifetime membership deals will likely be removed, subject to the decision of the club committed during the April Summit.
The Club is open to all people with good intention, integrity and a commitment to making a difference.
The Club is independent of The Simple Idea Ltd and we are proud to support them in this new launch.
They are currently setting up new systems and the new Founding members will be part of helping shape The Club.
Existing members include Chartered Accountants, Property Owners, Developers, and others passionate about property mainly in the UK and also globally.
Please note The Club membership committee will review all membership applications and all new members must be approved and will participate in a 3-6 month review process before further access is granted.
